Following on from the detailed objection to Uber's London PH op renewal from the United Trade Action Group (UTAG) UTAG letters of objection to Uber's PH op renewal, the London Cab Drivers Club have sent a pre action letter to TfL threatening a Judicial Review. LCDC pre action letter to TfL Apart from the normal concerns that many of us share with Uber, the LCDC have got the hump over a reply from TfL basically saying that anything Uber do outside of London has got diddly squat to do with TfL. I think TfL are 100% wrong, and IMO have dropped a bollock on this one. |

Let's face it poober do what they want and most of the local authorities go along with them,doesn't matter what political persuasion they are.Lets also face the fact that the Tech is good but ,the company stinks! |

I think if ever an authority was going to take them on and win it would be TfL, same with a local trade it would have to be the London trade. |
