They quite rightly moan about not having an increase for over 5 years, yet the number of vehicles has near doubled.

So either they must have had street lined with gold, prior to de-restriction, or those new drivers are as thick as pigs poo. :-k

one thing i can never work out.
if its so bad wtf do people want to join?
i suspect its because they can earn what they can and not pay tax. :sad:
