...outside a nightclub. Who'd have expected that? Unconscious man allegedly dragged along road by taxi outside Carmarthen nightclub https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wale ... g-17439162 Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward Police are appealing for information after a man was taken to hospital after allegedly being dragged along a town centre road by a taxi in the early hours of the morning. The incident happened in Lammas Street in the centre of Carmarthen on Saturday. Police said the man was unconscious and was 'allegedly' pulled along the road near Savannah’s nightclub, shortly before 4am. The area is popular with revellers as there are a number of bars along Lammas Street and the adjoining streets. The man was treated by paramedics at the scene and was taken to Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen with facial injuries, which are not life-threatening. Police have not confirmed if the taxi remained at the scene of the incident. A spokeswoman for Dyfed-Poyws Police said: “A call was made from the ambulance service at 3.56am on Saturday reporting that a man was unconscious, and had allegedly been pulled along the road by a taxi. “Anyone who was in the area at the time is urged to contact Dyfed-Powys Police immediately.” If anyone has any information regarding the incident, they can contact police by calling 101. |

Quote: Glangwili Hospital now i can't get that scout camp fire song out of my head didn't realise it was about a hospital seriously though this doesn't look good for the driver even if it wasn't his fault which is a shame |
