There are not many bus lanes in Lincoln, but those that are there are strictly Bus only. No taxi's (have asked, turned down.) Two police offices this morning were ambushing drivers using the pottergate bus lane. And had three PH's lined up. £60, and three points. Hope they remember to tell the LO. Of course, the tranny drivers claim they are allowed in bus lanes in "minibuses" (nope). Pay up boys, pay up and look happy.

![]() Not sure about the three points, but it's nice to see you have joined Mr GBC's 'taxis can do no wrong' union.

PH drivers push the boundaries. I could too, but 3 points to save three minutes just isn't worth it to me. You push the boundaries too, Sussex, by illegally plying for hire, by your own admission. But one day, you will be caught out and hung out to dry, IMHO. |

The three points are for passing a no entry sign. To all you pH drivers out there, it's a red circle with a white line through it.

Do you not think that (as I have p***ed so many people off locally) if I was doing anything illegal I would get away with it for very long? Or is it a case of me knowing exactly what PH rules/laws are, and you just imagining you know?

And today I saw a Hack driver who knows better, ignore the no entry sign, to save three minutes, a bad habit, like speeding, which will one day cost him dear. But Twatt by name, Twatt by nature, I hope it's sooner, rather than later. |

Really doesnt compute when cab drivers are criticised for things like this......let me explain.....the longer the journey, the more money for me! Why should I cut corners to save "3 minutes"

Now thats common sense to me or at least it was when i was still battling the streets for a living, however now most people tend to give way, apart from the odd taxi driver of course. Dont worry folks im only joking honestly

Why should I cut corners to save "3 minutes" ![]() if the longer the journey is without paying custom, then 3 minutes is your time and mileage saved (but still no excuse) after all this talk, entered a bus/taxi/bike lane with Police siting on opposite side of the road, never even batted an eyelid, also shot along a bus lane toaday in heavy traffic Dumbarton Road near Yoker) and no one followed me except buses (I drive a PH with minimal signage) so can't really see what Embras fuss is about (I know thats just an excuse) tell you what though, Passengers appreciate the lack of delay. |

Glasgow PH are allowed to use Bus Lanes. That was one of the reasons for us getting Enhanced Signage. |
