Overall we are at around 75-80% of where we were before the lockdown. Tonight, unfortunately we had a couple of good jobs cancel at the last minute which stopped us being above the level for the last Saturday before the lockdown. we fell short by £16.00 |

maybe 50 percent of pre lock down levels over the phones but Saturday nights are reasonably busy on the rank or seem to be not that I drive at nights |

Up until about a month ago I was probably down 30-40% of what I’d usually take on days (mon-fri) but the Saturday evenings/nights were about back to normal. As more drivers have come back to work it’s fallen considerably, probably taking 50% of pre-lockdown over the days now and the last few Saturdays have been poor as well. |

Went to London last week and it was as dead as a dead thing on dead day. Can't see London getting back to anywhere near normal for at least 12 months. |

Secondly although I don't drive at nights I man the phones for the busy parts of Friday and Saturday nights for which I don't get paid ! Thirdly we are an all Hackney fleet so please don't assume we operate like Pirate Hire firms and fourthly i am getting fed up of your constant sniping at me what is your problem with me other than the fact I live in he "posh" end of the county ? |
