VICTORY FOR JAMES DALY MP AND HIS CAMPAIGN TO INCLUDE TAXI DRIVERS IN COUNCIL SUPPORT FROM THE GOVERNMENT'S FUNDS

rolling monthly grant of up to £677 just announced:
initial criteria: own or lease a vehicle, be licenced, have insurance... however, there may be more....

That's what I was thinking last night, but was waiting to see the details. But maybe the words 'up to' are doing the heavy lifting here :?
