One for Sussex and Edders Was aggressive to officers after refusing to get out of taxi http://www.spaldingvoice.co.uk/was-aggr ... t-of-taxi/ A 20 year old Spalding man had to be ‘repeatedly restrained’ because of his ‘aggressive and volatile behaviour’ towards police officers who had been called when he refused to get out of a taxi. Iuri Rodriguez of Wygate Road failed to attend Boston Magistrates Court and the case was heard in his absence. Ben Payne, prosecuting, told the court police were called when Rodriguez refused to get out of a taxi in Boston and they were met with a ‘flurry of abuse and threats’. He said Rodriguez was in a ‘highly charged’ state and displaying ‘volatile and aggressive behaviour’ and had to be ‘repeatedly restrained’ but continued to shout abuse and swear at officers. Mr Payne said Rodriguez pupils were dilated and he was sweating profusely and eventually he had to be arrested. The magistrates convicted Rodriguez of threatening and abusive behaviour in his absence and fined him £440 and ordered him to pay £129 in court costs and charges. |

Lincolnshire especially the south has a high concentration of druggies as Lincolnshire police have only 2 officers per 100000 population in the area these days at nights and weekends so the trade carries on with low risk of getting caught But as we come out of covid restrictions I think they have had a very rude awakening and are slowly realising things are somewhat out of control |

Quote: Iuri Rodriguez of Wygate Road failed to attend Boston Magistrates Court and the case was heard in his absence. Folks that don't turn up are a prosecutors dream. |
