This is the Newcastle article below, which is a bit different, because it's mainly a statement from police. The video shows quite rowdy scenes and is about two minutes long. Worth visiting the Chronicle's website for a look. They're banging on the polis vehicles, so hardly surprising someone ends up on top of a bus, and also on the roof of what looks like a black VW Sharan HC.

Police have issued a warning to England football fans ahead of Sunday’s Euros final after chaotic scenes in Newcastle saw supporters climbing on statues, taxis - and a moving bus.
Footage taken after the Three Lions’ semi-final win against Denmark showed officers struggling to control rowdy celebrations in the city centre.
One video outside the Centre for Life showed crowds standing in the road, blocking cars from passing while banging on the windows. The clip also showed fans banging on a police van.
Footage was also taken of a man standing on a bus, while another climbs onto a moving taxi.
Northumbria Police condemned the “intimidating” behaviour and urged people to enjoy the final on Sunday responsibly and respectfully.
The force said they would have a “highly visible presence to deter this type of behaviour on Sunday”.
Chief Superintendent Sarah Pitt said: “We are so proud of the national team and we can’t wait to join our communities in cheering on the Three Lions when they walk out at Wembley on Sunday evening.
“It was amazing to see our entire country come together to celebrate last night and we understand that a win in the semi-final of a major international football tournament doesn’t happen every day.
“We did have a policing presence in Newcastle on Wednesday and there was some minor spells of disorder as people celebrated the win at the end of the evening.
“However, what did concern us was the sight of people climbing on statues and vehicles during the celebrations as this could lead to someone being seriously injured.
“We are also aware of people hitting passing cars and causing minor criminal damage and we just want to remind everyone that these are criminal offences.
Ch Supt Pitt added: “We will have a highly visible presence to deter this type of behaviour on Sunday and we would ask anyone who plans to visit our city and town centres for the game that you respect your community and behave in a responsible manner.
“We don’t want to ruin people’s fun but those actions can be very intimidating for members of the public who aren’t involved in the celebrations so please show them the respect they deserve.
“Sunday night should be a great occasion and we hope we can celebrate alongside you as the Three Lions bring football home.”
