The so-called 'dramatic photos' actually show, er, I'm not sure really :-s

Took me a while to work out what they actually showed, but the photo this article *didn't* use is maybe the one that explains it all a bit better.

I've posted the third photo in the post below this one, so have a look at the two below before looking at the next post, and try to work out what is going on #-o

But, I mean, look at the first photo below - could you ever guess that that shows an 'overturned taxi', or that it even shows a taxi at all?

A taxi is believed to have overturned in Sheffield city centre on Saturday night.

Grainy photos posted on Sheffield Online Facebook group show what appears to be a blue people carrier on its side in a road.

The photos appear to show people trying to get the vehicle back on its wheels.

It is unfortunately not yet known how the vehicle ended up on its side, if anyone was injured in the accident or if any other vehicles were involved.

The pictures appear to be stills from a video which is simply captioned with the word 'mental'.

One Sheffield Online member commented: "Hard enough getting a taxi lately without this happening."

Another said: "That guy lifting the cab back over is very hard clearly."

So this is the other photo posted on the Facebook page, which kind of explains things. I think :-k

Anyway, the vehicle's tailgate is fully open and is thus level with the roof...

Pity the one above isn't a bit smaller, but visit this link here which should show it in a more viewable format:

There's also this one, which is similar to the first two, but shows the plate, and thus is mabye a bit more, er, comprehensible =D> :-o

pure speculation but maybe passengers thought it would be funny to try and get the vehicle to rock from side to side. It's happened to me before and I had to slow right down much to the annoyance of the drunk passengers
