Yes the driver should have worn his badge, but he who is without sin etc etc.

But taking a driver to the High Court over a magistrate's mistake is taking the p***. [-X

Reading Council should hang their heads in shame, but well done to the judge and I hope Reading's final legal bill is well over £10,000. :shock:
