I just heard that all the new wavs are to be made to take on the new swipe card you seeminly have no option when it is made a rule and their is going to be no £1500 grant thats been binned, you know this things don't get any easier up here in dundee they get worse everyone else must truley be glad they are not a dundonian it is turning into a big fiasco what next the mind boggles :shock:

the council have only asked their legal people to look into this i cant see how they can force people to participate if only one office gets the swipe reader, give all offices them then all will participate...

How can they make the swipe card compulsory,the only operator that has this system at the moment is 203020,and no one,least the council,can force an individual to go to one office,this is discrimination,but this time to taxi operators,not the disabled community.

Some mess this is turning out to be,and at the end of the day,who is going
to win,Patons with the TX11.
If the council is going to force people to go with 203020,they only accept,this vehicle into their office now.

Coming from Perth I was always glad I wasn't a Dundonian
