I assume it's a PH as it isn't clear from the pic

suspected drug driver was arrested after a crash closed a major road on Boxing Day.

East Lancashire Road is currently closed after a crash at the junction with Stonebridge Lane. Police were called to the scene at 8.58pm on Monday, December 26, to reports of a crash involving two cars, one of which was a private hire taxi.

One person has been arrested at the scene on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs. A police spokesperson said two injuries were initially reported. However, they were unable to confirm the nature of any injuries at this stage.


Photos show police and two ambulances at the scene this evening. Merseyside Police said officers are still at the scene awaiting the recovery of both vehicles.

Very charitable of Edders to assume that it was the other driver who was arrested, and not the PHD - the article doesn't say which one was arrested, and presumaby Edders' thread title is just an assumption.

The criticism of those who say Edders is always picking on the Liverpool has obviously got to him :wink:

Not at all to me the article reads as drug driver hit PH ! At least to mind it does
