Inspired by Before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday for a plea and trial preparation hearing was 58-year-old Nikolaos Boutelis of St Edmunds Road, Southwold. He pleaded not guilty to an offence of assault causing actual bodily harm, which was allegedly committed on March 25 last year.
