For all my good friends up in Edinburgh can I remind them it doesn't matter if they are free or not. If they aren't licensed, then they are illegal.

It's the old " if you want to hold on to your plate value then we don't want to hear from you now toddle off there's a good little cabby". At the end of the summer there will be a big publicity splash about what a big hit they are with the tourists and the Edinburgh public. The Tuks will come on with very little opposition. Game over. Anyone taking bets?

Have a wee look on fasties Sussex the outcry is deafening. I think they have the Council really worried
