Another one with dramatic photos, but you'll have to visit the website to view them...

No sign of a plate on the PHV, though. But it's a VW Arteon, and they don't come cheap, so it's maybe an executive with plate exemption (although it's got blurred out door signs...you'd have thought that if it had a plate exemption then it wouldn't have to display door stickers either...) :-o

No word of any charges, but wouldn't be surprised if the bridge was too low for the truck, and the impact pushed it across to the wrong side of the road. Looks like the roof of the trailer has been ripped off.

(Guessing it's an artic, because the photo from the rear seems to show the tractor and trailer lying at slightly different angles - if it was a rigid unit it would all be resting at the same angle, presumably :? )

Just minor injuries, though, so PHD pretty lucky by the looks of it...

that bridge has a bit of a history of hgv bridge strikes I believe although i have never been that far down coldhams lane . Not surprised it was the scene of the accident but at least no major injuries :)
