This all looks a pretty straightforward case of some chancer without an op's licence trying to claim they actually have one.
But by the looks of it there's also some dispute about trading names/passing off, but that's not properly explained

According to Mr O'Donoghue, the firm, which announced it was accepting "enquiries" on April 8, was "risking" public safety.
He told The Hunts Post: "Having unlicensed operators is not fair on those of us who pay to ensure we're fully licensed and compliant with the council's regulations.
"We abide by the law, so why should a minority not be playing by the rules. But I also feel we have a duty of care to our customers and locals, which is why I have called out this firm."
"This isn't about competition, it's about the law and I've even offered to help the company with their licensing application."
Private hire vehicles, Hackney carriages and their drivers are legally required to be licensed by Huntingdonshire District Council.
In a statement Ramsey Airport Transfers claimed it was contacted by the district council and had provided a copy of its operator's license.
A spokesperson for the firm, who did not provide a name, told this newspaper: "We haven't taken any bookings and have not operated under Ramsey Airport Transfers.
"We followed government guidelines online and as a holder off an operator's license according to the information we read, we are allowed to use other trading names.
"We have engaged with the license officer to see if we can operate under other trading names going forward."
However, emails between Mr O'Donoghue and the district council, which were shared with this newspaper, dispute Ramsey Airport Transfer's claims.
In a response to Mr O'Donoghue, the local authority's licensing officer said they were "still unable to ascertain who they actually are, where they are based and if they are actually licensed with HDC."
"They initially claimed they were, but to date have not provided me with their PHO licence number. So, in short, I still do not know who is responsible for the creation of this page.
"I will have to monitor the page for any further evidence that may present itself."
Ramsey Airport Transfers said it had decided to remain "anonymous" and had held back from launching the business after it claimed to have received "threatening emails".
However, the firm did not confirm who these emails were from.
A spokesperson for Huntingdonshire District Council said: "We are aware of an allegation that has been made and are investigating."
