Appeal to identify man following assault and theft - Hullhttps://www.btp.police.uk/news/btp/news ... ft---hull/Officers have released an image of a man they want to speak to following a nasty assault and theft in Hull.At around 6am on 4 May a 29-year-old man left a local nightclub and went to the taxi rank outside Hull Paragon Interchange.
Another man had left the club at the same time and asked to share a cab with him. When he declined, he took the victim's wallet from his hand and refused to give it back before punching him to the ground.
The victim left the area and when he returned a short time later the man was still there. When he asked for his wallet back again the man grabbed his head and bit his left cheek, causing some bleeding.
Detectives would like to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may have information that could help with their investigation.
