Jordan Bull, 31, was charged with assault by beating and criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 at the station on February 16.
According to court documents, be is accused of jumping onto the bonnet, causing a small dent and a crack in the windscreen of the taxi “without lawful excuse” and “intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged”.
The damage was valued at £500.
Bull, who has listed addresses in a road off Horseshoe Lane, Watford, and The Willows, Reading, is also alleged to have assaulted the vehicle’s owner by beating him.
The case was heard at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (August 27) and he is next set to appear on September 18, to enter a plea.
He was granted unconditional bail.
