Just when I was saying that Liverpool LOs seem to find more defective tyres on Wolverhampton-plated cars than Wolverhampton LOs themselves, the latter have posted two different instances found on just one night - one actually in Liverpool, and the other in Manchester
But, of course, what they post on social media is unlikely to reflect the reality of what's going on, and it's surely safe to assume that Wolverhampton find a lot more stuff like this than they normally post about online.
Unless, perhaps, their spotchecks are always Blackburn-style inspections, and they simply assess the cars for compliance while they're driving by
