Well this is a bit odd. Not only is it the driver who's issuing the threats and racial abuse (allegedly), but he's, er, not white
And his passenger shouting racial abuse as well
But shouldn't be difficult to pick this guy up, assuming he's a local driver...

A taxi driver and his passenger are wanted for allegedly shouting threats and racist abuse at a woman in Sheffield.
Police were called over a reported hate crime at 7.15pm on January 18 when a woman was walking on Matilda Street in the city centre.
It was there a taxi driver reportedly made threats to the woman, while a passenger in the cab also shouted racist abuse at her.
South Yorkshire Police has now released a CCTV image of a man officers want to speak to.
