Not much out of the ordinary here - in the grand scheme of things, at least - but the image certainly couldn't be clearer
Although I suspect it was maybe taken with a phone camera as opposed to the CCTV in the headline here.
The headline is from the Sheffield Star, but the text is simply from the South Yorkshire Police appeal on Facebook.

At 7pm on Sunday 5 April on Thorpe House Rise, in Norton Lees, it is reported that a man threatened to stab a taxi driver, used racist language towards him, and punched him three times. Thankfully the victim did not suffer any injuries and drove off from the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing and we are sharing a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to as he may be able to help with our investigation.
The man is described as a white man, around 60 years old, 6ft 4ins tall, and of a broad build. He is bald with a greying goatee.
