Not much out of the ordinary here - in the grand scheme of things, at least - but the image certainly couldn't be clearer

Although I suspect it was maybe taken with a phone camera as opposed to the CCTV in the headline here.

The headline is from the Sheffield Star, but the text is simply from the South Yorkshire Police appeal on Facebook.

(One of the things I don't like about Facebook posts in terms of presenting stuff is that it doesn't accommodate headlines or titles )

APPEAL: CCTV image shared following reports of assault in Sheffield

We are appealing for information following reports of a racially aggravated assault in Sheffield.

At 7pm on Sunday 5 April on Thorpe House Rise, in Norton Lees, it is reported that a man threatened to stab a taxi driver, used racist language towards him, and punched him three times. Thankfully the victim did not suffer any injuries and drove off from the scene.

Enquiries are ongoing and we are sharing a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to as he may be able to help with our investigation.

The man is described as a white man, around 60 years old, 6ft 4ins tall, and of a broad build. He is bald with a greying goatee.

For what it's worth, this version of the image is even bigger, although I'm not sure if there's any more detail in terms of resolution, or it maybe just makes it look bigger.

And your browser may make it look smaller anyway, but if I displayed it directly on here it would be rendered a bit too big

(It actually is displayable on here without widening the viewing area, which I never like

It's just that it's quite a long and wide photo, so looks like it's huge, but it's not particularly wide in terms of the usual problem on here...)
