Can't find the social media source for this, which is mentioned in the piece. But there's presumably not much in it. But the obvious clanger here is in the headline, as confirmed later in the piece - 'suspended' rather than 'revoked'. I wonder if our local correspondent knows them ? There isn't many areas of the UK which don't have chancers |
