Which is emotionally unstable personality disorder, and seems to be related to borderline personality disorder

A drunk woman accused of trying to use the police as a taxi service has been hit with a significantly bigger fare.
Emma Smart appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court and pled guilty to acting in a threatening or abusive manner by repeatedly dialling 999 without cause and shouting and swearing.
At 8pm on August 27 last year, she drunkenly called from West Leven Street in Burntisland, claiming someone was being sexually aggressive towards her.
Over the course of the evening, she made more rambling calls.
Police attended at 9pm and established she was trying to get a lift less than half a mile home to Melville Gardens.
She continued to call after police, shouting and swearing.
Defending, solicitor Adam Scott explained his client, 34, suffers from depression, anxiety, PTSD and EUPD and had been using alcohol to self-medicate.
Sheriff Robert More fined her £210 and said: “Your record has slowed very significantly in the last five years.
“It’s real nuisance behaviour. An onlooker would view it as being very selfish.
“I think therefore it should be marked by you assisting in a punitive way to the public coffers.”
