sorry about this but my biggest runner was in arbroath from a local hospital £35.00 about five years ago and im still fuming, the woman looked like upper class so i thought no problem, then i see this in todays courier ,i heard a bit about it on the grapevine but didn,t believe it ,from now on arbroath is out of bounds you kipper loving cheap skates

Don't know much about it, but on the 3Js forum it reads like people were being charged for walking up a public road, which seems a bit off.
