I wonder if journalist Sara Bell has evidence that this person is a minicab driver or if she knows that he actually told the young girl he was a minicab driver? If none of the two are correct then why associate the incident to that of illegal minicab driver? And why describe the driver as a Cab driver? Is it a case that every man in a car who tries to pick up a female with the intent of commiting an offence, is a Taxi, Minicab or Private hire driver?

HEADLINE: Illegal minicab driver asked girl for sex

BYLINE: Sarah Bell

DATELINE: Richmond And Twickenham Times

The dangers of illegal minicabs were highlighted by police this week after a 15-year-old girl narrowly escaped being sexually assaulted by a driver.

The girl was walking to a bus stop after a night out in the early hours of last Sunday morning, August 20 at 1.55am when a man approached and offered her a lift.

She said no, saying she didn't have any money but he said he would take her anyway and she got in.

The cab driver took her somewhere near Chertsey Court, Mortlake and then asked her to get into the front of the car so she could direct him more easily.

She sat in the front seat and the man drove her to her road. He then stopped, locked all the doors and demanded sex.

The girl was rescued by two friends who happened to walk by the car, who stopped and got her out. The cab then drove away.

The cab driver is described as a 39-year-old Asian male, 5ft 8in, and wearing a grey button-up shirt and beige trousers. He had short brown hair and was of heavy build. The car was a silver Renault Laguna.

I notice your still avoiding the subject of your 'big' protest Mr Bigot.

When exactly can we look forward to your convoy blocking London?

I heard through a little 'premier' contact of mine, about three people turned up and that was only for the buffet. :D

P.S. If you do decide on a protest, I would suggest blocking all the bridges in London, that way I don't have to go South.

EDUCATE (learn how to spell) EDUCATE AGITATE and TALK CRAP.

Maybe the protests should be held outside the offices of the press complaints people. I'm assuming they've got an office get the point home to them that by calling them illegal not bogus they are not helping to educate the public to the dangers
