HEADLINE: Woman's taxi trip sex terror

A teenager was sexually assaulted by a taxi driver after a night out in Newcastle.
The girl, 18, had been in the Power House club, on Westmorland Road, then got a cab home. But during the trip she was subjected to suggestive remarks and then sexually assaulted by the driver.
He also exposed himself to her. The victim was not injured but shocked.
The incident happened at 1am on Friday. The cab was a white saloon car, with a circular sign on the door and roof taxi sign.
Police are investigating and say there must have been people outside Power House at that time.
The driver is in his late 20s to early 30s, of slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing a light coloured t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms.
