Last weekend I had a girl in my cab from Lincoln, she said it is not uncommon at night to wait two hours for a hackney cab. She said they all congregate around the Railway station for some reason. She also said that the only sure way of getting a cab is book one in advance. I asked her what the solution might be? She said thats obvious, "More Cabs".

It sounds like you may have a case of unmet demand in there, Jimbo?

I gave her your phone number and told her you were the man to sort out any unmet demand.
