Don't bank on clawing back any of the exorbitant price by installing the Cabtivate system.

Their whole vehicle type approval includes the tip up seat headrests.

Kind of screws things up for that Dragons Den failure Mr Greenhaulgh (sp?) and his Cabtivate system as the headrests cover the screen, and removal of the headrests isn't acceptable as the type approval includes them.

The TX4 another opportunity to make up for the disastrous TXII, wasted by LTI.

Sorry same fault as the TX11 - its a WAV and when you have a wheel chair bound pax you still can't hear a word they are saying as they still haven't put an intercom microphone anywhere near the wheel hair anchorage points, the extention ramp still doesn't fit and the head restraints obstruct the rear view - oh and the feedback on the intercom is horrific!!!

So from what you are saying tigger, is when you have to put a wheelchair into the cab its still like trying to put a square peg into a round hole, and could have serious safety implications,

Err? :-s

Its located in the roof mounted speaker system which sits just above their wheelchair.

I think the intercom system is fine, a lot better than my one on the TX1, although to be honest i've never really had a problem with it.
My last Fairway never had an intercom at all, and it never caused any great problems.

So exactly where is this roof mounted speaker then? I can still only find the ones in the rear windows - or have I missed something again?!?!?!? At least in an E7 you can actually hold a convo with your w/chr pax but maybe we aren't supposed to converse or even know where they actually want to go!

(I'll apologise know as my own son is disabled and I've sold my TX as he could not get into / out of it without pain - but it it is purpose built for the disabled customer!) Grrrrrrrrr
