This driver had his license suspended after his arrest, he was subsequently found not guilty in court. Yet, on the basis of public protection he was suspended. CC |

Will the facts that he was arrested, charged, and tried appear on an enhanced CRB check, even though he was subsequently cleared? Do not misunderstand the reasoning of my question. He is clearly an innocent man. |

No it will not, and quite rightly too. |

The arrest will appear on an old fashioned PNC check but will clearly state that he was cleared. A CRB check will show nothing. |
