I FEEL the need to inform you regarding taxi text charges. When you call for a taxi to pick you up there is no mention of any charge regarding call back to tell you taxi is waiting, I don't even ask for call back yet I get it, this call back charge costs me or anybody using a mobile phone up to 35p.

???? ours is free. the computer dials the number and it rings twice and shows "taxi outside" on the call list. I suppose if it's done by text then there has to be a charge.
Why dont they add it to the fare accross the board for mobiles.

I think if punters haven't requested call-back then it's a bit rich charging them 35p. If they do request a text call-back then fair enough.

But out of the 35p, someone is making serious money. :-k
