I think if punters haven't requested call-back then it's a bit rich charging them 35p. If they do request a text call-back then fair enough.
But out of the 35p, someone is making serious money.

???? ours is free. the computer dials the number and it rings twice and shows "taxi outside" on the call list. I suppose if it's done by text then there has to be a charge. Why dont they add it to the fare accross the board for mobiles. |
