Radios Out Of Taxis=ROOTS was an idea of John Griffin Addison Lea
Lets make it clear
1. At no time have the GMBPDB discussed this idea!
2.We have never raised it with anyone!
3.I have no record of the Private Hire Board discussing it!
4.We do not admit Hacks in London into membership, despite requests!
I have mentioned this idea as a wind up of some the more stupid philistines on this site, and didnt it work! If our membership want to discuss it, it will go on the agenda!

I've never met a Licensed London Taxi driver, and I know a few, who has ever expressed an interest in joining the GMB.

Why would a London Taxi driver want to join a Union branch which is run by a Minicab driver for Minicab drivers? :wink:
