The LTDA newspaper this week claims success in defending its members against Transport Operational Command Units entrapment corruption.
All members charged with TOUTING by the FEELFY TOCU unit defended succesfully.
Well done LTDA, we think its high time this unit was thoroughly investigated, their reputation is rapidly approaching that of the Special Patrol Group disbanded many years ago because of their DISGUSTING activities.
There is no doubt that the Police so called service is rapidly descending into its old habits, i believe RACISISM and ANTI working class attitudes are re-emerging, we will be monitoring the situation closely.
Regular posters will notice our resident GBC absence on this issue i wonder why ashamed of the feelfys?????????????

So here we get an article about the feelfys in London,roundly condemned by the LTDA, and all we get are personal insults par for the course! The activities of this lot is insulting to all sections of the industry,were with the LTDA on this one,public safety first, victimisation nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets quote the article Metropolitan Police FARCE, we agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are good police officers and there are bad, some work the streets and some are hire up, I don't condemn them all, corruption is in the person, that person can be anywere in life , even high up in the union

Too true but when we find it we need to publicise it, unfortunately with the Police its become the NORM not the exception,when we recognise it we can deal with it,Within the GMB we identified a problem and removed it.Now we need to deal with the Police and WILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to eliminate any confusion that the good readers on TDO may have, the LTDA has nothing, and thats NOTHING whatsoever to do with the (cough) Professional Drivers Branch of the GMB.

The LTDA do not, nor will never have anything to do with the London Minicab trade.

But Terry already knows that.
