I know for a fact they lost 15K that 3Maxblack LLP never paid them

Have you guys not considered the possibility that the council didn't lose £15K that 3maxblack didn't pay them. Perhaps they just inflated the figure to stick it up 3maxblack even further? It proved, either way they're in for a stiff one!!!!! Methinks we should ask to see the fee notes under FOI, eh?
