Jacobs attitude questionnaire could be and I say could be, questionable?

Jacobs said they conducted an attitude Questionnaire over two days consisting of 300 people, for the Edinburgh survey, the problem is that Edinburgh council has no data for this survey. Edinburgh council are under the impression that jacobs themselves conducted the atttitude survey but past practice leads me to believe that such questionnaires are farmed out to local agencies such as was the case in Plymouth with TPI, which as we all know was manipulated.

The situation is ongoing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jacobs was another TPI. It is noticeable that there is no reference in the apendix to who conducted the attitude questionnaire. I've asked for the details of the questionnaire and who conducted it and a copy of evey completed questionnaire.

The survey is outdated now but we'll see if this questionnaire was carried out in a bone-fide fashion.
