Couldn't banning black windows be deemed racist? After all, it was a BNP councillor who proposed it. |

Accrington are sorting the tints. http://www.thisisblackburn.co.uk/lancas ... SACC0.html The Labour bloke sums it up with the comments "You have got to ask, why put tinted windows in? With all the other things that a taxi has to comply with, to actually spend money on tinting them doesn't make much sense."
