So a council should review the fares every 18 months, so they say, the last fare review was in Dec 2004, which means the fare review is a year late even by their own flawed rules.

I wonder if the poll tax is the same now as it was in Dec 2004, or councillor expenses, or official's wages? :?

Interestingly, according to their own rules, they are supposed to conduct an annual unmet demand survey with publication usually in August

Needless to say the last one was published in 2005

Aye but yer man has his days full phoning his pals in other councils to find out what they are doing in case he gets left behind, trouble is he seems to be left 10 years behind and still thinks he's in the polis.

If they aren't making money from raising fares or doing unmet demand surveys then they ain't interested, far easier to pull a driver for a car that isn't gleaming like a mirror and stick you off the road for a few hours
