Boy, did it rain!

Had to go to Huddersfield first thing, should be a 3-4 hour trip, took me nine hours.
A1 closed, flooded. M1 closed, flooded. Just about every alternative route, road ahead closed, flooded. dozens of abandoned cars, many who had driven at speed through a few inches of water. :roll: Back home now, but will have to return later in the week. Hope things are better by then.

A1 Northbound North of Markham Moor roundabout looks like a boating lake. Southbound is just fine. Weird, or what?

Is there still a hosepipe ban down South?
