Is a taxi driver behind the mystery moo in Hemel Hempstead?
This seems to be the answer to the mystery that has been gripping the town in the past few days as Hemeltoday received reports of a loud mooing sound being heard around the town centre.

The MOO is a local taxi driver. He is a very lively chap. We got in his cab a couple of weeks ago. He also has a fog horn in his door pocket so listen out for that too!
Belinda Barton of Hemel Hempstead
I work at the hospital and hear it nearly every day. It is a taxi with a modified horn.
