Post subject:  Ruth Kelly new Transport Minister
The Rt Hon Ruth Kelly MP for Bolton Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government is now the new secretary of state for Transport.

Is this inexperianced lady up to the job? Will civil servants run rings around her? Are we likely to get a new Taxi act. The answer to these questions in my opinion are No, Yes and No.
