No.

I should have an application in within the next few weeks but not in my own name. Applications will be made periodically over the next few months just to keep the pot boiling. As long as there is a new application in the frame every 3-6 months the process starts all over again. Under normal circumstances the council can’t refuse an application nor can they come up with demand information every time they are faced with a new application.

We plan to keep then in this position until Councillors are forced to take the stand, or until they de-restrict the market, whatever comes first.

My bet is we've got them fecked
