Cabbies pull their socks up.

MALAYSIAN taxi drivers are being told to dress properly or be fined.

The chairman of the cab licensing authority said drivers will be fined 300 ringgit (£42) for wearing sandals instead of shoes and socks and not observing the code of white shirts tucked into dark trousers.

Drivers earn 70 ringgit a day on average.
