Taxi Driver Online :: View topic - The Skull is back in town

Well guys I’ve been back working in the fair City for the last week on day-shift. Seems there are a lot of drivers wanting their plates. The ones I spoke to pointed to the meteoric rise in Ph, the councils Taxi-buses service and the fact that it’s getting harder to get a rental. I think they can see the writing on the wall.

One guy told me his owner stuck up his rental because…wait for it… his mortgage had just gone up.

I told him about Gordon MacDonald being put out of his job by City Cabs for making a licence application. His reply was he wanted to see these ba..owners taken down a peg.

They don't do themselves any favours do they? :wink:
