The true facts of the case will never be known but after the accident a large number of phone calls were made by the driver to friends and family and the car was whisked off to Peterborough and hidden away

We will never know if the soldier would have survived if he had had the descency to phone for an ambulance

Suffice to say he had only just transferred across from peterborough to Stamford and is no longer driving taxis round here

I'm surprised with a suspended sentence he is driving taxi/PH anywhere.

But all said it's a horrible situation all around. :sad:
