http://www.yorkpress.co.uk/news/yorknew ... r_york.php i spoke to a PH driver today who is on the list to get a plate, he intends to lease hire a TX4, work 4 days a week and put a driver on to help pay his £500 quid a week new TX4, after 3 years he is going to sell the plate to cover his retirement no Survey has been done since 2004, no unmet demand, 2006 survey was deemed an error, correct me if i'm wrong, are they [the Council] leaving themselves wide open to a challenge he thinks there is gold in them damm darn hills out there, he is going to get a shock when he comes into the real taxi world |

Have you any idea how many extra cab will get licensed? Can't believe the repayments on a TX4 is £2,000 a month.
