"Flagging a cab or flogging a dead horse?"
"This is some stunt for Enterprise Week-designed to "inspire" young entreprenuers to come up with business ideas. The plan is for people to hop into the cab, listen to a speech by the driver who gives them a phone number to call. The passenger then tells an operator their idea who, if he's impressed, provides a free cab ride code.
Too complex? possibly. There were no calls on monday and none yesterday, when I checked. We are not sure why, admits a spokeswoman. The taxi drivers are briefed to say, You know it's enterprise week, do you fancy a free ride?

What could have gone wrong?"
