Teenager assaulted in fake cab

A TEENAGER was sexually assaulted by a man posing as a taxi driver in Manchester city centre.

The 18-year-old managed to struggle free from her attacker in the early hours of Saturday.

She had left the Pure nightclub at the Printworks at 2.30am and was waiting for a taxi when the man pulled up in a red people carrier.

She asked to be taken to Stockport but after a short while the driver stopped just off Dantzic Street, near Withy Grove.

He then sexually assaulted her before she managed to escape.

She suffered minor injuries and was left badly shaken.

The offender is described as Asian, in his early 20s and of medium build. He had black hair, was wearing a black tracksuit and had a gold ring on the middle finger of his left hand.

The only reason these folks try this on is because;

A. They are scum, and

B. They think they can get away with it.

Now we can't do much about A, but let's hope the good folks of that area know who he is, and tell the police.
