This scumbag racially abused and punched a driver.

He has 22 previous convictions, yet he is out free tonight. :sad: :sad: :sad:

I believe that if it had been a bus or train driver rather than a cab driver who was assaulted then it would have been an automatic mandatory minimum 3 months in jail.

But we're only cab drivers and don't deserve the same protection from the law as bus drivers, or so I understand.
