March 2, 2008 Sunday The Sunday Mirror reported that LAURA Broom, 30, gave birth during a 20-minute taxi dash in Portsmouth. Her pal Mel Fisher delivered 7lb 4oz Clara in the back seat on the way to St Mary's Hospital. Mum-of-four Laura said: "The whole thing was like a comedy sketch." _________________________________ |

![]() If anyone who is licensed for four passengers, takes four passengers and a babe in arms, then they are in breach of their licensing conditions and their insurance policy.
