Joking aside, you do know who the Shepherd of Ettrick was Skippy?
It was James Hogg, poet, writer and friend of Sir Walter Scott, one of Scotlands most famous writers. Hence the railway took the name: the Waverley Line. http://www.walterscott.lib.ed.ac.uk/biography/hogg.html |

DIESEL NOW £1.19.9 FECK ME Fuel in the states is one pound sixty a gallon and they are complaining. Compare that to the UK where we pay five pounds four pence a gallon. It wouldn't be so bad if we drove vehicles that consumed one gallon every fifty miles but sadly that is not the case. Regards JD |
